Yes! Parental consent is required for anyone under 18, and we ask that you attend the consultation with any youth.

What can I expect during a consultation?
The consultation is a one hour session designed to introduce you to Reach and ATG training. You will have the opportunity to tour the studio, discuss your fitness goals, and see if we are a good fit for you!
What can I expect during a training session?
Training sessions are comprised of a one hour session under the guidance of a Reach personal trainer. Complementary protein shakes are offered to clients post-workout.
Is the use of the Infrared sauna, red-light therapy, and InBody scans included?
Yes! These amenities are complementary for members. Please book all services through the front desk.
Is parking available?
Parking is available in front of our business with additional spaces at the back. These spaces can be accessed from the side of the building.
Amenities (shower, lockers, and e.t.c)?
Amenities include showers, towels, lockers, change rooms, and bathrooms.
Is personal training the main service at Reach?
Personal training is our main service offered at Reach. This includes 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 personal training.
In addition we also offer Massage Therapy and Athletic Therapy.
